When viewing Service Appointments within the Axsy Field Service Mobile App's Calendar View, other than the Service Appointment Number which will always be the primary field listed and the stat and end times for the Service Appointment which will always be the last fields listed, the list of secondary fields displayed for each Service Appointment is configurable via the Salesforce Platform.
Configuring the List of Service Appointment Fields
The subset of secondary fields displayed for each Service Appointment record, and the order in which they are displayed, will be based on the field columns that are configured for the All Service Appointment List View in the Salesforce Web UI. Any empty fields for a Service Appointment will be omitted.
If the Service Appointment Number is one of the field columns in the All Service Appointments List View, it will be omitted as secondary field as it will always be listed as the primary field.
