The Axsy Field Service mobile app is offline-first. Offline support is achieved by first priming (synchronising) all of the relevant metadata, records, quick actions and Axsy Smart Forms from the Salesforce platform immediately after initial log-in. The synchronised data is securely stored in a symmetric key AES-256 bit encrypted database within the Axsy Field Service mobile app.

The system of record for the Axsy Field Service mobile app is the Salesforce platform. Axsy does not access, control, store (on any Axsy platform or system) or otherwise process customer data while providing use of the Axsy Field Service mobile app.
Use of the Axsy Field Service mobile app enables the customer to access certain functionalities and perform certain tasks online and offline. Once Axsy has delivered the Axsy Field Service mobile app to the customer, the mobile app user has sole control of how the mobile app is used.
